The location is perfect. Literally in the heart of Edgartown and you can walk to everything right outside your door. The hotel is cozy and comfortable.

No breakfast available no coffee in lobby no bellhop to help with luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Only saw one employee at front desk. Pillows on bed need to be replaced flat as pancakes. Several on bed but all flat. For the price of room very disappointed. Located in a great spot but no service
